Plans/dreams/goals you have:

Those three things are logistically SO different. I have tons of plans already, including projects, events, career moves, etc (boring). Dreams? I dream about traveling all the time. It’s what I want most. It sucks that it falls under the dream category because I never see myself having the time to do it. I’m not really a goal oriented person. I don’t have massive career goals or anything. I recently realized that I kind of just want to be a mom. Pretty lame.

Someone you would want to switch lives with for one day and why:

This is tricky. Maybe not anyone specific, but someone that suffered a great deal of trauma or has horrible living conditions. It’s kind of obvious that feeling the pain and suffering of others will make your own privileges seem more valuable. Also, I spend a lot of time contemplating my own state of depression and how attached to it I am. If i wasn’t (most likely clinically) depressed all the time, what kind of person would I be?

Short term goals for this month and why:

Saving money - lots of projects coming up this summer (painting and shelving my room, new tattoos, summer clothes, etc.)
Sucking it up and paying for a gym - rugby is over, or at least 7s will be starting and I’m not that motivated to play. So I need to attempt to stay in shape for ~crop top season~~.
Keeping my nails painted at all times - I like having my nails done and the only way I won’t bite them is if I get manicures like every two weeks. Not helping short term goal #1 though.
